Waterborne Disease Control (Currently Unavailable)

Course Description

Discusses the causative agent, distribution, channels of transmission, incidence, water sources and conditions implicated, and characteristic host reactions, for each of a number of diseases which may be transmitted by water. Approved by the U. S. Department of Agriculture for the Food Technologist certification.
