Foodborne Disease Control (Currently Unavailable)

Course Description

Covers facts underlying foodborne illnesses by identifying the causative agents and the reasons for their presence, survival and multiplication in food. Discussion is given to the operation of an effective food sanitation program. Approved by the U. S. Department of Agriculture for the Food Technologist certification.
